Meet Trevor 

Trevor, with a degree in architecture, began his career in the late 90s working as a construction manager for a major national builder. His passion for construction led him to join us in 2007, where he held various roles before transitioning to our custom division in 2017. Since then, Trevor has been at the helm, overseeing all aspects of our operation. His extensive experience and leadership skills ensure that every family is more than satisified with their new custom home. 

Meet Joe 

Joe, an Economics graduate from the University of Maryland, brings over 12 years of industry experience to our team. He started with Mid-Atlantic in 2012, where he enjoyed working with hundreds of families in our new home communities. Since 2018, Joe has been a key player in our custom home division, where he collaborates with our team to create exceptional, tailored living spaces. 

Meet Wendy 

Wendy brings over 25 years of high-end residential interior design experience to the team. With a Master’s degree in Interior Design, she has a proven track record of creating elegant and functional spaces, specializing in space planning, furniture layouts, and custom cabinetry. Wendy has spent the past 10 years working with the custom team. Her expertise extends to electrical and lighting design, as well as kitchen and bath design, where she collaborates closely with clients and trade partners to ensure every detail meets her high standards.

Meet Wesley 

Wesley has been an integral part of Mid-Atlantic Builders for 8 years, and brings 11 years of experience in the industry. With a degree in Interior Design, Wesley has spent the past decade specializing in high-end residential design. His exceptional drafting and spatial design skills, combined with a keen eye for aesthetics, enable him to transform our clients' visions into reality and elevate every project.

Meet Tim

With 46 years in the industry, Tim offers unparalleled expertise gained through hands-on experience in concrete, framing, and trim carpentry. His level-headed nature ensures smooth communication with homeowners throughout the building process. Tim excels in managing the diverse teams involved in constructing our custom homes, bringing a wealth of knowledge and calm professionalism to every project.

Meet Corey 

With a year at Mid-Atlantic Custom Builders under his belt and 17 years in the industry, Corey brings a wealth of experience to our custom team. Luxury new home production and custom homes is his specialty! With degrees in Building Construction Technology and  Residential Construction Technology & Management, Corey’s extensive background in customer service, construction management, and real estate makes him an invaluable asset.
