Sales and Marketing Manager

Mid Atlantic Builders is seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager to help lead our next phase of growth.

• Provide day-to-day leadership and support to our Sales, OSC, and Marketing teams

• Visit communities weekly to walk models and inventory homes, ensuring presentation excellence and consistent brand standards

• Coach and mentor onsite sales professionals to hit and exceed monthly goals

• Partner with the VP of Sales & Marketing on promotions, campaign strategies, lead generation, and reporting

• Work directly with Marketing on digital strategy, social media, advertising, SEO, and community-level marketing efforts

• Coordinate community events and grand openings from concept through execution

• Oversee sales CRM management, and customer follow-up flows to maximize lead conversion

• Analyze sales traffic, marketing data, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and adjust strategy

• Ensure consistent messaging, branding, and customer experience across all touchpoints

• Contribute to strategic planning and budgeting for sales and marketing initiatives 

• Minimum 2+ years of leadership experience in the homebuilding industry (required)

• Proven record of driving team performance and sales growth

• Strong understanding of homebuilder marketing, digital advertising, and social media best practices

• Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot a plus) and lead management processes

• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills

• Must hold or be able to obtain a Maryland Builder Sales License

• Full-time, in-office position with regular local travel to community sites
